Charawleston

Finally! Pictures from my trip to South Carolina, where the weather is always beautiful and the navy men are appreciative ;)

I commenced my trip with a fabulous meal. Much of the trip was dedicated to soul searching and oysters. Actually, it was mostly oyster searching.

They had one of my bank branches there. This is where I went to roll in the dough.

Nightlife in Charles-town is definitely a lot livelier than we thought, but in a very subtle way. While feeling very good about life (thanks to alchie-ma-hol), we found this sign very fascinating on the street. And you know what they say about big hands.. big feet.

For no other reason but jumping is ridiculously fun to do, we have been tempting these action shots over Italy, NYC and now, SC.

When Karen and Sue go on trips, we go a little overboard. Exhibit A: Crashing a wedding on the beach. Unfortunately, we did not have Owen Wilson's boyish wiles and charm.

SC beaches were quite warm and clear and the waves were obnoxiously high, which led to many thrilling wardrobe malfunctions. After we learned our lesson that waves and bikinis don't mix, we hopped out of the water and perused the beach for Kodak moments. There was a guy napping on the beach with his legs spread at a severely acute angle so of course, why wouldn't I capitalize on the moment?

This is my BEEEATCH photo. I own you.

Our boyfriends here seen walking away after approaching us and finding out that we're almost 5 years elder to them. Their southern charm did not make the experience creepy at all. Aww. Adorable, but we try not to use our cougar cards.

Making new friends at clubs. We even saw Snoop Dog.

Lunching on a pier during our last day together.
